The new Emporium boutique hotel features luxuriously designed and appointed suites and residential apartments and sets a new standard in boutique accommodation for Brisbane.
The illuminated sky sign on the Emporium Hotel is a prominent addition to the river facing Southbank skyline. The individual 1.2m high building letters are hand fabricated from aluminium with faces moulded from high impact acrylic, to suit the unique and complex curvature of the Emporium building lettering. The lead ‘E’ letter is 3.3m in height and was craned onto the top floor to be mounted beside the individual letters. The letter faces were infused with red vinyl for crisp and clear illumination and mounted to a steel support framework offset above the top of the building to deliver maximum visibility and impact.
The over entry building sign is 7m in length with a background of highly polished mirror finish stainless steel. Individual frames were mounted to the building façade to create the statement piece.
The Permasign individual letters were off set 40mm to the mirror background and illuminated with ASTEch LED’s
