As an Australian manufacturer and sign maker, Albert Smith Signs were proud to have been “on the tools” manufacturing and installing the branding elements that customised the first flagship Australian CAT retail store, opened in May this year at Pacific Werribee Shopping centre, Victoria. For a brand that is all about “being on the tools” it was important to create a physical space that reflects the brand’s dedication to Australia’s trade business. The store opening marks the first stand alone retail operating store for the brand, forming yet another part of The Accent Group’s growing retail portfolio.
The eye-catching 1.5mm high internal corporate brand feature was achieved with non-illuminated 2mm aluminium fabricated letters, powder coated to CAT colour specifications and fixed to existing supports.
The 10m long building sign holds a fully LED illuminated sign face. The sign face is fabricated opal polycarbonate with a translucent vinyl overlay to CAT corporate yellow specifications, with a clear gloss laminate coating. The CAT logo is laser cut opaque black 10mm acrylic, offset 3mm and fixed to the sign face. The sign case was pushed forward 25mm from the shop front joinery which will allow ease of access for future maintenance.
Architectural elements enhance your branding, creating a greater impact for your business due to the appeal of the design aesthetics.
Albert Smith Signs design, manufacture and install ground-breaking branding solutions that push the boundaries of what people expect from signage.
