Albert Smith Group Remembers

Q. When does a sign become an icon?  A. When it can be viewed on our National Broadcaster (ABC TV), most weeks for the past 10 years.

For nearly ten years Queensland Artist Daniel Templeman’s art sculpture “Confluence” has drawn onlookers to the entrance of the Brisbane Magistrates Court. Daniel’s work was commissioned by the Department of Justice and Attorney-General, under the Queensland Government's Art Built-in policy.

This monolithic 65 metre outstanding work of art has become a prominent Brisbane icon and landmark.

Albert Smith Signs creates, manufactures and installs site specific art for urban environments. Albert Smith ensures the design outcome aligns with the vision of the artist while controlling project costs and maintenance budgets.
