Over the past two years, Pacific Fair has been transformed into a unique shopping destination with a major redevelopment that has created a world class indoor/outdoor leisure and entertainment precinct. This investment has added 50,000 square metres of retail space making Pacific Fair the largest shopping centre in Queensland.

As an Australian signmaker, Albert Smith Signs are proud to have manufactured and installed the architectural branding elements that enhance and customise Pacific Fair’s identity and world class transformation.

The innovative building signage consists of high level signs; illuminated and non-illuminated building signs and the eye-catching feature, the outdoor sign that identifies Pacific Fair.

The outdoor identity sign is 24 metres in length and each individual letter is 2.5 metres in height. The letters are aluminium, supported by an internal extrusion and fixed to steel footings. The letters are sprayed with two pack – shade mother of pearl – and then finished with an anti-graffiti coating.

The various entry building signs are 3D Permasign letters fixed to the existing screen background.

The corporate signage identifying the major tenants are 3D Permasign letters illuminated with energy efficient ASTech LED’s, with a five year warranty.
